OUR HISTORY

Preserving a unique place and trying to restore the magic felt by the 19th century traveler is the task to which we have devoted our energy since 2002.

In the heart of this fertile valley, our small family structure allows us to cultivate our olive trees in an artisanal way for the production of an AOP olive oil, organic Provence olive oil.

The olives are harvested using an electric rake and are picked in rotation.

In order to continue developing our land, in 2016 we started a program of planting vines for the production of IGP BIO wine from VAR.

Eventually, the Domaine SOLIGNAC, formerly Terre du Réal, with an area of almost 21 HA, will be planted with 8 HA of olive trees and 7 HA of vines.

Manual harvest
Récolte vendange manuelle

The harvest is done manually, in order to select the best bunches at the best time.

To preserve biodiversity and create conditions conducive to the establishment of wild fauna and flora, we maintain unspoiled areas, flowering hedges, a wooded park, a natural pond and practice total grassing of our crops.
